We all have stories to tell.

Legacy work is the intentional act of sharing and preserving our most important stories for the people we love after we are gone.

Legacy work projects are a specialty service available through Art Therapy PNW.

Every person has a unique story to tell. We all want to feel as though we have made a mark on this world at some point in our lives.

Utilizing art therapy in legacy work looks different for each client. I individualize each legacy project to fit the individual’s history, interests, abilities, and availability.

Some ideas for legacy projects are:

  • A scrap book of your favorite memories

  • Letters to important family and friends

  • A series of paintings

  • Audio recordings of family stories

  • Photo portrait series

  • Cook book of your favorite recipes

  • A quilt made of your favorite clothing

  • A custom made memory box

Each legacy project is a unique collaboration between my clients, their loved ones, and myself. The materials needed, time required, and complexity of the project will determine the cost of your legacy project service.

If you or a loved one is interested in creating a legacy work project, schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if Art Therapy PNW can meet your specific needs.
